Role Summary

Lead the Product Development Team in creating state-of-the-art solutions that empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in spending more time nurturing meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Achieve

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered solutions that streamline medication management.
• Serve and mentor Engineering & AI team members.
• Collaborate Across Teams to ensure products meet regulatory, clinical, and business requirements.
• Ensure Scalable & Efficient Systems by selecting the tech stack (programming languages, databases, cloud providers, etc.) and documenting guidelines for the product development team.
• Select team members for the product development team.
