Role Summary
Lead the Partnership Team in building partnerships that empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in spending more time nurturing meaningful relationships.
What You’ll Achieve
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with Zovo’s mission.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, and technology partners.
- Serve and mentor partnership team members.
- Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure mutual value and collaboration.
- Understand our partner’s challenges.
- Ensure Scalable & Efficient Systems by documenting guidelines for the partnership team.
- Lead the Partnership Team in executing partnership initiatives, tracking performance, and optimizing engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the Product, Clinical, and Compliance teams to ensure partnerships align with regulatory, operational, and technological requirements.
- Select team members for the partnership team.
